修改、澄清（答疑）内容如下： 1、 本工程招标文件-第四章 定标方案-定标方案前附表-实力要素-子要素内容：投标人自本招标项目在法定媒介发布招标公告之日的前五年内(含本招标项目在法定媒介发布招标公告之日)完成的并经竣工验收合格的土石方工程量（挖填合计）120万立方米及以上的工程-证明材料要求（1）修改为：“（1）业绩合同应为以下类型之一：①专业承包合同；②依法分包取得的合同；③包括了土方分部工程（或子分部工程）的施工总承包合同，但该施工总承包合同中土方分部工程（或子分部工程）的土石方工程量（挖填合计）应符合要求。前述施工总承包合同是指投标人以建筑业企业资质标准中施工总承包序列资质承接的施工总承包合同；④工程总承包（EPC）合同，投标人应为依法独立承接或联合体承接，若为联合体承接的，投标人应为联合体成员之一且应承担工程总承包的施工内容。该工程总承包合同中土方分部工程（或子分部工程）的土石方工程量（挖填合计）应符合要求。前述工程总承包合同是指投标人以建筑业企业资质标准中施工总承包序列资质承接的工程总承包合同。 施工业绩应依法独立（非联合体）承接（工程总承包项目除外）。合同应至少显示出发包人和承包人名称、项目名称、合同价、工程规模、联合体协议（工程总承包项目若为联合体方式承接需提供）、签章时间等。”。 二、本招标文件修改、澄清（答疑）纪要（一）与招标文件有不符之处，以本答疑为准。 （以下无正文） |
