简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：根据加强交警铁骑队伍建设工作的相关要求，按照实际配备需求，采购48套铁骑车载设备。本项目产品未做过进口论证，不接受整体进口产品，本项目不允许分包、转包。（具体内容详见“第二章 项目采购需求”）按照《中小企业划型标准规定》（工信部联企业﹝2011﹞300号），采购标的对应的中小企业划分标准所属行业为 工业 。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In accordance with the relevant requirements for strengthening the construction of the traffic police motorcycle team, and based on actual equipment needs, 48 sets of-mounted equipment will be procured. The products for this project have not undergone import demonstration, and the acceptance of entirely imported products is not allowed. Subcontracting transferring of this project are not permitted.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定的供应商。2、落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本项目专门面向小微企业采购。3、其他资格要求：3.1根据《上海市政府采购供应商信息登记管理办法》已登记入库的供应商。3.2本项目不允许联合体投标。3.3未被列入《信用中国网站》（[链接]）失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法失信主体和“中国政府采购网”（[链接]）政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单。3.4为该采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加该项目的其他采购活动。3.5单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动。3.6符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸规则推进试点地区政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采〔2024〕12号）第17条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动。
