Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Maintenance and management of 16 public toilets in Gaixing Town, including Xinxing Road, Dongjing Road 198, Nanxin Dongyuan, Nanxin Xiyuan, Commercial Street, Jindi Market, Huagao Market, Heyun Jiayuan, Hexin Jiayuan, Gaoyi Jiayuan, Heyue IN Xiang Pedestrian Street, Donggou Sports Park, Lohas Park, Greenland Park, Historical and Cultural Park, and Dongyuan Mingdu Park, along with repairs and replacements of intelligent facilities. (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 This project is specifically designed for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises. 3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website ([链接]), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network ([链接]) [based on the credit records within the past 3 years before the deadline for submitting the first bidding documents].
