简要规则描述：为贯彻落实《浦东新区持续优化生活垃圾全程分类体系工作方案》的要求，提高生活垃圾分类源头投放便利化水平，对标市区两级建设标准，对垃圾箱房及投放点等进行微更新、专项更新和精品提升建设等便利化改造，提升箱房智能化管理水平，深化垃圾分类智能场景应用。主要包括新做混凝土地坪、新做外明沟不锈钢盖板、拆除混凝土屋面、拆除实心砖墙、新装伸缩雨篷、安装拖把水斗等。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单）

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、须具有建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
2、具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
3、拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
4、业绩要求：无；
5、其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: It is necessary to have a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for construction projects. 2. Possess a valid work safety license; 3. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in the field of building engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 4.
