简要规则描述：根据《上海市可回收物回收体系建设和运营管理导则（2024 版）》和《2025年浦东新区生活垃圾分类减量推进工作任务清单和指标清单》等文件精神，确认推进生活垃圾分类、源头分类是重中之重。为有效推进生活源再生资源回收利用，促进生活垃圾源头减量，更好的推进唐镇垃圾分类、可回收物回收工作，进一步提升辖区所属小区居民垃圾分类实效，拟通过公开采购的方式，选取一家合格的公司为唐镇进行再生资源回收清运服务。本项目预估低附加值及大件可回收物5800 吨/年，供应商按不超过221元/吨的价格报单价，对唐镇辖区的低附加值（含大件）可回收物进行托底性回收，且低附加值及大件可回收物部分所报总价不得超过128.18万元。可回收物回收公共服务平台信息维护和现有惠民回收服务点的运维部分报价不得超过 11.82万元。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）

合同履约期限：1年，自2025年9月1日起至2026年8月31日，具体日期以合同签订日期为准。
