1、开标所需携带其他材料：

（1）投标代表人授权委托书原件(投标代表人需为本单位员工，授权委托书需加盖单位公章和法人章)、有效的身份证原件和复印件(双面并加盖公章)、近3个月单位社保证明。

（2）招标文件规定需要的提交纸质投标文件及电子文件。

（3）无线3G或4G上网卡、数字证书（CA证书）及可无线上网的笔记本一台（笔记本电脑提前确认是否浏览器设置、CA证书管理器下载等，确保和CA证书匹配可以正常登陆上海政府采购网）。

2、根据上海市财政局《关于上海市政府采购信息管理平台招投标系统正式运行的通知》（沪财采[2014]27号）的规定，本项目招投标相关活动在电子采购平台（网址：www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn）电子招投标系统进行。投标人应根据《上海市电子政府采购管理暂行办法》等有关规定和要求执行。
