Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project involves routine maintenance work of the river channel managed by Chuansha New Town, mainly including river channel inspection, embankment and bank protection maintenance, flood control channel maintenance, public greening maintenance, water and land area cleaning, river guardrails, signage and other ancillary facilities maintenance. This project is a three-year project (one purchase for three years, with contracts signed annually), with a service period of three years. At the end of each year, the purchaser evaluates the work of the winning bidder and determines the signing of the contract for the following year under the same procurement task conditions.
