Other qualification requirements: (1) This negotiation requires online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) The supplier has a valid business license and a valid safety production permit; (3) The supplier has a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (4) The project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of municipal public works; (5) Within the three years prior to the deadline for submitting response documents, there has been no record of any misconduct in government procurement activities; (6) The company's assets are in good condition and it has the necessary equipment to fulfill the contract; Pay taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, have a good commercial reputation and a sound financial accounting system;etc
