简要规则描述：为加强宣桥镇安全防范工作，特别是加强治安防范薄弱区域的监管力度，营造和谐、安全、稳定的社会环境，加强处理突发事件能力，经派出所、交警、城运中心及平安办等相关单位和部门的排摸，结合实际情况，计划在老港安置基地区域加装约65套监控设备。
Brief Specification Description: In order to strengthen the security prevention work of Xuanqiao Town, especially to enhance the supervision of areas with weak public security prevention, to create aious, safe and stable social environment, and to enhance the ability to deal with emergencies, after investigation by the police station, traffic police, urban operation center, and safety office and relevant units and departments, combined with the actual situation, it is planned to install about 65 sets of monitoring equipment in the old port resettlement base area

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) In accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Law of People's Republic of China on the Purchase of Goods and Services by the State"; (2) Not included in the list of "credit China" (www.creditch.gov.cn), the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) listed as a person who has not fulfilled his obligations, a tax violation case party list, a record list of serious illegal and dishonest acts in government procurement [based on the credit record within three years before the deadline for submitting the response document];3) Having the professional contracting qualification of electronic and intelligent engineering of Grade II and above, and having a valid safety production license; (4) The project manager to be appointed by bidder must have a professional qualification of second-class (or above) registered constructor of electromechanical engineering, and have a valid safety production assessment certificate; (5) This
