简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：川沙新镇六团储店村、城厢南市站、黄楼居委站、六灶鹿城站四个镇级微型消防站服务项目。本项目经财政部门批准一招三年（一次采购三年享用，分年签订合同）。每年结束后采购人对中标人的工作进行考核，并在相同采购任务的条件下确定次年合同的签订。如年度考核未通过或项目内容及价格变动较大的（超过原合同采购金额10%），将重新采购。具体项目内容、采购范围及所应达到的具体要求，以招标文件相应规定为准。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Four town level micro fire station service projects, including Liutuanchudian Village, Chengxiang Nanshi Station, Huanglou Neighborhood Committee Station, and Liuzao Lucheng Station in Chuansha New Town. This project has been approved by the finance department for a period of three years (one purchase for three years, with contracts signed annually). At the end of each year, the purchaser evaluates the work of the winning bidder and determines the signing of the contract for the following year under the same procurement task conditions. If the annual assessment fails or there are significant changes in project content and price (exceeding 10% of the original contract procurement amount), a new procurement will be made. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the bidding documents.
合同履约期限：首年合同服务期限自2025年9月1日—2026年8月31日止
