简要规则描述：为了规范和加强书院镇装修垃圾残渣清运、处置管理，根据《关于进一步规范浦东新区生活垃圾焚烧设施协同处置装修垃圾分拣残渣管理流程的通知》要求，拟委托有资质的单位为本镇提供2026年度书院镇装修垃圾分拣残渣清运、处置项目服务。对全镇区域无主装修垃圾分拣残渣托底清运、处置，预估全年清运量和处置量各8000吨。
Brief Specification Description: In order to standardize and strengthen the management of the removal and disposal of construction waste residues in Shuyuan Town, in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Further Standardizing the Management Process of Construction Waste Sorting Residues in the Co-disposal of Domestic Waste Incineration Facilities in Pudong New Area", it is proposed to entrust a qualified unit to provide services for the removal and disposal of construction waste sorting residues in Shuyuan Town in 2026. For the bottom-line transportation and disposal of unclaimed construction waste sorting residues in the entire town area, it is estimated that the annual transportation volume and disposal volume will each be 8,000 tons.
