简要规则描述：工程概况：本项目位于上海市临港新片区先进智造片区XJZZ-09单元54A-01地块，南至平学路、北至海杰路、西至港阳路、东至54A-02地块。本工程拟新建一所24班中学，招生规模1080人。本项目拟新建总建筑面积20050平方米，其中地上建筑面积17500平方米，地下建筑面积2550平方米。项目建设内容包括：教学楼、实验楼、600人食堂、风雨操场、300人小剧场、辅助用房、地下车库、专用活动场地等。建筑密度约22.40%，绿地率约35.0%，容积率约0.74。同步实施电气、给排水、景观绿化、场内道路及其他附属工程等（以上面积均以最终方案批复为准）。本项目总投资为23007.97万元。其中建筑安装工程费17873.83万元，工程建设其他费用2275.82万元，预备费1611.97万元，前期工程费1246.35万元。招标范围：临港新片区先进智造片区XJZZ-09单元54A-01地块新建中学的代理建设管理服务。（具体内容详见第三章）
