简要规则描述：结合园区整体研究和项目实施要求，按照《上海市控制性详细规划技术准则》要求提出合理的规划调整方案，完成控制性详细规划调整工作，按照上海控详规划技术准则的要求编制成果。根据技术准则要求，整单元控规成果应包括文本、图则、说明书、基础资料汇编和编制文件等。配合项目相关的申报流程性工作，包括协助会议组织、部门评审、意见征集等。
Brief Specification Description: Based on the overall research of the park and project implementation requirements, propose a reasonable planning adjustment scheme in accordance with the requirements of the "Technical Guidelines for Regulatory Detailed Planning in Shanghai", complete the adjustment work of regulatory detailed planning, and prepare the results in accordance with the requirements of the Shanghai Regulatory Detailed Planning Technical Guidelines. According to the requirements of the technical guidelines, the overall unit regulatory planning results should include text, plans, specifications, compilation of basic materials, and preparation documents. Cooperate with the project-related application process work, including assisting in meeting organization, departmental review, and opinion collection
