Brief Specification Description: This project is an administrative and public institution housing decoration project of the Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The total investment of the project is 73.578 million yuan (construction and installation cost is 62.9076 million yuan), including 1.5209 million yuan for the management fee of the agency. The main engineering contents of the project include decoration and renovation, fire protection engineering, and mechanical and electrical installation construction of the 1st to 3rd floors, part of the 5th floor, and the 6th to 7th floors of Building 24 at No. 2976 Zhangyang Road, Pudong New Area. The content of the agency construction management of this project is the construction management service from the date of contract signing to the completion and delivery of the project for use. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 of the Procurement Requirements.)

二、申请人的资格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
