(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, products from small and micro enterprises will enjoy a 10% price discount. (2) Welfare units for the disabled, and they are regarded as small and micro enterprises. The industry to which the small and medium-sized enterprises in this project belong is other unspecified industries.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法失信主体、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China (Package 2 accepts branches to participate in the procurement activities in their own names. If the supplier participates in the name of a branch or a subsidiary, it must obtain the sole authorization from the head office for this project).
