简要规则描述：结合上海市道路治安及街面管理要求，配合交警强化高行镇地区治安、交通秩序等综合管理工作，构建辖区交通安全长效管理机制；协助市场监督所开展各项专项整治工作，配合制止各种侵害消费者权益行为，协助制止制售不洁、禁售食品的违法行为等。具体详见磋商文件内项目采购需求。
Brief Specification Description: In accordance with Shanghai's road security and street management requirements, we will collaborate with traffic police to strengthen comprehensive management of public security and traffic order in the Gaohang Town area, establishing a long-term traffic safety management mechanism for the jurisdiction. We will also assist the market supervision office in conducting various special rectification campaigns, cooperate in preventing consumer rights violations, and help curb illegal activities such as the production and sale of unclean or prohibited foods. For specific details, please refer to the project procurement requirements in the consultation documents.
合同履约期限：本项目服务期限暂定为2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日。
The Contract Period: The service period of this project is tentatively set from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
