简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：浦东新区拟举办“第九届虹桥国际经济论坛浦东分论坛”，此次活动人数不少于300人，今年分论坛以“浦东与世界：科创驱动产业升级 智能融合共创未来”为主题，通过浦东推介、主旨演讲和互动讨论等环节，全方位展示浦东高水平制度型开放的风采和成果，借助进博会的平台向全世界推广浦东，提升国际影响力、城市软实力和投资吸引力。此次针对该论坛的策划与执行，购买第三方服务，内容包括场地租赁及搭建布置、项目策划设计制作、高能级嘉宾邀请保障、会场服务保障、媒体全球宣传推广、会场用车保障等。（详见招标文件第三部分-服务需求书）。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Pudong New Area plans to host the "9th Hongqiao International Economic Forum Pudong Sub-forum". The event will have no fewer than 300 participants. With the theme “Pudong and the World: Science and Innovation Drives Industrial Upgrading, Intelligent Integration Creates a Shared Future”, this year’s sub-forum will feature Pudong promotion, keynote speeches and panel discussions to fully showcase Pudong’s achievements in high-level institutional opening-up. Leveraging the China International Import Expo platform, it will promote Pudong globally to boost its international influence, urban soft power and investment appeal. A third-party service provider will be procured for forum planning and implementation. Services cover venue rental and setup, project planning, design and production, invitation and logistics support for high-profile guests, on-site services, global media promotion, and event transportation. (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. Potential bidders that have provided services such as overall design, specification formulation, project management, supervision and testing for this procurement project shall not participate in the procurement activity of this project.4. Different potential bidders whose legal representatives are the same person, or that have direct shareholding or management relationship with each other, shall not participate in the government procurement activity under the same contract.5.
