简要规则描述：根据《上海市市容环境卫生管理条例》、《上海市建筑垃圾处理管理规定》、《关于进一步规范住宅小区装修垃圾清运相关行为的通知》等法规及政策文件要求，开展南汇新城镇老旧、安置小区装修垃圾清运，提高居住宜居环境，确保装修垃圾及时规范收运。在日常作业中，做到垃圾分类收运，禁止混投混装现象出现，做到预约工单及时接单，临时堆放点24小时内及时清运等要求。进入万水路临时堆放点，需听从堆场安排。
Brief Specification Description: According to the "Regulations on the Management of Urban Appearance and Environmental Sanitation in Shanghai", "Regulations on the Management of Building Wasteposal in Shanghai", "Notice on Further Standardizing the Related Behaviors of Removal and Transportation of Decoration Waste in Residential Communities" and other regulations and policy, the removal and transportation of decoration waste in old and resettlement communities in Nanhui New City are carried out to improve the living environment and ensure the timely and standardized collection transportation of decoration waste. In daily operations, it is necessary to meet the requirements of classified collection and transportation of garbage, prohibit mixed throwing and mixed loading, and ensure timely acceptance appointment orders and timely removal of temporary stacking points within 24 hours. When entering the temporary stacking point of Wanshui Road, it is necessary to listen to the arrangement the stacking yard.

二、申请人的资格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

4、本项目不允许转包。承接主体不得将服务项目转包给其他主体。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.
