Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The main content of this project is the removal of domestic garbage from villages and residential areas in Tang Zhen; Removal of feces from relocated housing communities and village public toilets. (For details, please refer to Chapter III-Service Requirements in the bidding documents).
合同履约期限：本项目服务期为自2025年8月7日起一年。
The Contract Period:The service period of this project is one year from August 7, 2025.

二、申请人的资格要求2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：扶持中小企业政策：本项目不是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业产品享受10%的价格折扣。（2）残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:Policy of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically for purchasing small and medium-sized enterprises, and the products of small and micro enterprises enjoy a 10% price discount during the evaluation.
