Brief Specification Description: Roads such as Branch Road of Chengri 13th Group, Huoshaoqiao Road, Dongqiu Road, Shenjiazhai Road, Zhangjiazhai Road and Xialan Road will be upgraded through milling and overlaying, asphalt paving, turning radius reconstruction, new curbstones and line marking, etc. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings in the bidding documents.)
合同履约期限：双方完成了相互约定的工作内容后终止。
The Contract Period: It shall be terminated after both parties have completed the mutually agreed work contents.

（4）具有市政公用工程施工总承包资质三级及其以上资质；（5）安全生产许可证（有效期内）；（6）投标人拟派项目经理的市政公用工程专业二级（含以上级）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书；（7）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；为本项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动。(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Must be a legal person or unincorporated organization legally established within the territory of China (branches are not allowed to participate in the bidding activities in their own name for this project);
(4) Possess the qualification of Grade III or above in Municipal Public Works Construction General Contracting;(5) Have a valid Work Safety Permit (within the period of validity);(6) The project manager to be assigned by the bidder shall hold the qualification of a registered constructor at Level II or above (including Level II) in the municipal public works specialty and a valid certificate of passing the work safety assessment;(7) Different suppliers with the same legal representative or in a relationship of direct holding or management shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers that provide overall design, specification compilation, or project management, supervision, testing and other services for this project shall(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(ii)未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
