简要规则描述：高桥镇人民政府高桥镇区域内化粪池清运和下水道疏通等，片区60730米左右雨污水管道每季度疏通一遍，2980座雨水窨井、2236座污水窨井、1041座雨水口每季度清捞一遍，及时清捞、外运、处置，约870只井盖更换并做好维护保养工作。具体项目内容、采购范围及所应达到的具体要求，以招标文件相应规定为准。
Brief Specification Description: Septic tank cleaning and sewage dredging in Gaoqiao Town area of Gaoqiao Town People's Government, etc., the rain and sewage pipelines of about 60730m in the area shall be dredged once every quarter, 2980 rain inspection wells, 2236 sewage inspection wells and 1041 water inlets shall be cleaned and dredged once every quarter, and timely cleaned, transported outside and disposed. About 870 well covers shall be replaced and well maintained. Specific project contents, procurement scope and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the bidding documents.
