简要规则描述：本项目拟通过公开采购的方式，选择一家合格的供应商承担上海市滴水湖幸福河湖建设工程的代建管理服务工作。工程建设地点：本工程位于滴水湖核心片区，主要范围为滴水湖及涟河射河。
主要建设内容包括：内河引排水闸修缮及改造、河湖地形地貌修复及岸线生态化改造、入河排口改造、河湖管控能力提升建设、智慧监管设施建设等。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）Brief Specification Description: This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public procurement to undertake the construction and management services for the Shanghai Dishui Lake Xingfu River Lake construction project. Construction site: This project is located in the core area of Dishui Lake, mainly covering Dishui Lake and Lianhe Shehe River.
The main construction contents include: repair and renovation of inland water diversion and drainage gates, restoration of river and lake topography and ecological transformation of shorelines, renovation of river discharge outlets, improvement of river and lake control capabilities, and construction of smart supervision facilities.
