In accordance with the regulations of the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau, the bidding and tendering activities related to this project shall be conducted through the electronic bidding system of the Shanghai Government Procurement Cloud Platform (website: http://www.zfcg.sh.gov.cn). Bidders shall comply with the relevant provisions and requirements such as the Interim Measures for the Administration of Shanghai Electronic Government Procurement.
