Brief Specification Description: This project aims to carry out roof and related facility renovations on 3 buildings within the 3036 Lane, Hu Dong Xin Village, Pudong Avenue. The main contents include roof, walls, common areas, water supply and drainage systems and their equipment repairs, greening replanting and improvement of the community's ancillary facilities. The total construction area is approximately 8,187.12 square meters. (The specific quantities and requirements can be found in the bill of quantities/ drawings.) Contract performance period: The construction period of this project is 90 calendar days. The planned start date is November 1, 2026 (tentative, the actual start date will be determined by the purchaser's notice).
