Procurement Requirements: 

合同履约期限：服务期为合同签订后三年，本次为一招三年首年，合同一年一签，每年度服务结束前一个月将对中标人进行考核，招标人根据考核结果决定是否续签下一年度合同。

The Contract Period: The service period is three years from the date of contract signing, with this being the first year of a three-year contract. The contract is signed annually, and one month before the end of each service year, the successful bidder will be evaluated. Based on the evaluation results, the tenderer will decide whether to renew the contract for the following year.
