Suppliers who have been registered in the database according to the 'Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Supplier Registration and Integrity Management Measures'; 4. This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and micro enterprises.        

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

At that time, please have the supplier representative bring the digital certificate (CA certificate) used during the negotiation and a laptop with wireless internet access to attend the negotiation document opening.
